Call For Volunteers!

Sprague Little League runs on the support of dedicated volunteers—and as our season gets underway, we have many opportunities for you to get involved. Whether you can lend a few hours a week or help occasionally during the season, there’s a role that fits your availability and interests.

Current Volunteer Needs

Concessions – Help keep our concession stand running smoothly during games.
Field Maintenance – Assist with field preparation, cleanup, and keeping our facilities in top shape.
Equipment – Support with equipment distribution, organization, and upkeep.
Umpires – No experience necessary! We provide training and support.
Events – Help plan and run league events, including Opening Day, picture day, and fundraisers.

Additional Ways to Get Involved

Assistant Coach – Support the head coach with practices, drills, and games.
Team Manager – Coordinate communication, scheduling, and team operations.
General Volunteer – Pitch in where needed—from events to game-day tasks.
Team Parent – Organize the dugout, coordinate snacks, and support players during games and practices.
Committee Member – Assist with planning and improving league programs and events.
Social Media Photographer – Capture photos of games, practices, and events for league promotion.

Our league is powered by our community, and volunteering is a great way to support our players, meet other families, and make a real impact.
